Fluctus shot sounds not being consistent between node types.

Fluctus sounds nice enough but there's a difference when deploying it in Submersible (like Uranus) and Non-Submersible nodes. On Submersible nodes it has a deeper sound to it and to be honest that should be universal as it makes it so much more enjoyable to fire.

I have no clue as to why it happens, but I've found it. If you want to test it out, go to Puck - Exterminate, Uranus and you'll hear it.
