What happens when you have a quick melee attack while holding a scanner.

If you make a melee attack while holding a scanner, a mining drill, or an anemic gun, you will be armed again.

Previously, you could have a melee attack while holding a mining drill, and then you could hold a mining drill automatically by clicking again with a mouse.

Is this an intentional change? Or is it a bug? I think it is a bug. Because this is a very cumbersome and annoying change. :(
