Baruuk and Fleeting Expertise?

Has anyone done any updated tested on whether Fleeting Expertise will help Baruuk's 2nd ability sleep faster? Ever since watching a few reviews, he's become my favorite all-around Warframe. However, before I get the mod from farming or trading, I want to make sure it's worth pursuing.

Negative duration doesn't put enemies to sleep faster. You can just mod for negative duration to make it spammable ( Lull can't be recasted while active ).
