Door Failure

I was doing an invasion, supporting Corpus against Infested, Sabotage on a Corpus ship. I tripped the lasers on the two coolant cells and destroyed the cells, put the fuel cell in, hacked the console, broke the... cells(?), and then I was on the blast door part of the mission. I could not go through the door that led towards the blast door console. All other doors worked. I was not on lockdown.

I have several pictures, but this is really the only one that you need. I am standing right next to a closed door, and you can see the inactive security console.
