(XBOX)King BIIRRDDYY Posted June 1, 2019 Share Posted June 1, 2019 Today I farmed the stalker via Beacons for around four hours straight for the Smoke Ephemera. I got it around 90-120 minutes before posting this and I was disconnected from the server mid-mission. One of my Squadmates kept his and the other two of us lost ours. (XBOX)DakVoidcloaker Posted June 1, 2019 Share Posted June 1, 2019 (edited) Support is unlikely to be able to assist unless you have a photo of the reward, exact time of mission, exact players in mission, etc. Even then they can only reimburse rewards if they have a log of it, which they often don't seem to have. Last time I contacted them (a few months back) they were taking 3 weeks for a first response, which is surprisingly unsupportive.
