Alert Mission

I am a pretty new player only been playing a week now and I am confused on a few things I have read that you can get some blueprints from "?" Mission the problem is I have never seen a "?" Mission. I have seen "!" or Alert Mission but I am not sure if these are the same thing or not. I have ran several Alert Missions and have not got any blueprints or special rewards either so I am starting to think they are not the same thing. If anyone could clear this up for me and explain where I can find a "?" Mission I would really like that thanks.

it's random. But the "?" is not part of the alert but rather the reward. aside from the box with credits, there sometimes is a box with a "?" inside. That's the one that drops BPs.

Ok so another question. Can you tell if a mission will have the "?" before starting it or is it only on completing the mission screen that you find out.
