Mastery Rank Lowered?

So today after starting the update, I realized that I could qualify for the MR 27 test (which I already was). It didnt bothered me since in my profile nothing was changed, there where no items which their mastery was reset, so I tried to do the test again yet it only leads to a small loading screen and then sends me back to the orbiter.
