Drops are random, you can't expect to get every part in 3 runs.. I personally kept getting the systems blueprint for about 6 runs, then 3 helmets than finally chassis. Calm yourself. Try to run Lephantis with the same people or by yourself three times in a row. It is supposed to give you all three parts if you stick with the same people. Expect it to drop helmet next time, run again with the same people and it should drop systems or chassis. If it does then the third run should drop the third part needed.
