[BUG] Fulmin riven with -ammo max bugged

Fulmin riven bugged

Just found out that if you have Fulmin riven & any other secondary riven with -ammo max , Fulmin's -ammo max is added to your secondary's -ammo max.
As you can see in the video; I have Fulmin riven with -39% ammo max and Lato riven with -63.4 ammo max. When both equipped, I have zero ammo reserve as a result of 39%+63.4%= -102.4% ammo max on both rivens.
Lato's ammo reserve back to normal when Fulmin's unequipped.
