This thread has a rare chance of dying. It's just asleep most of the times and we need to power it for it to be active.

Lotus: The threadnought needs more power. Find a cell.

* 5 seconds later*

Lotus: That threadnought won't work without power. Find another cell.

Nope, i prefer snipers not pistols

It's less the type of weapon, and more the materials used.

That Ruger Super Blackhawk is an all steel frame with wood furniture

That AX338 is made of polymer...

A poor choice of furniture indeed.

It's not natural.

Oh, and one more thing.

Pistols have more class, especially the revolver.

Like Revolver Ocelot?

-snip-

Hello, fellow revolver brother.

I personally prefer the raw power of high-calibur weaponry. Y'know, those guns that kick your palm like a mule?

It may not be that classy, but damn, .50 calibur rounds? If something WAS there, it won't be for long. And plus...

so you don't like plastic then, and ya they may have more class but they also have a different purpose.

another thing, the reason behind they used plastic for it is to make it lighter, which makes it easier to use and more efficient, its not necessary for it to be full metal (which would make it clumsy and heavy).

you can make a pistol in full metal which is more reasonable as it is resistant to heat, pressure etc.

welp, we all have different opinions :P

Plastic may be lighter, but it has no use on high caliber weaponry.

It increases the recoil substantially, making it harder to land follow up shots.

I put about 10lbs of steel in my slug gun's stock, and that 75lbs of recoil became much, much less.

Of course, my slug thrower now weighs 20lbs, but 20lbs isn't that much to me.

-Schofield Abuse-

Ah, the Schofield.  A nice gun with just the right amount of style, and ergonomics.

Too bad the lock and joint won't last for another 10 minutes.

The guy that's being mugged needs a functioning gun.

Style points just killed him.

He needed more.

You see, if he had a lot, his aggressor would've simply went; "Wow, you are extremely stylish! I'm not going to murder you."

But a fancy gun flip isn't enough.
