9 days with no responce from support, and issue is not allowing me to play

Its been 9 days since i posted the ticket, i know there was recently an event in for DE so its understandable, but I cannot play the game and 9 days is a bit a lot, could any dev check my ticket out if its on, or help me solve the issue. 

Just making it clear I understand the circumstances, but I cannot play the game 😕
