Why are there no Derelict arbitrations and why do Zabala and Akkad make up half the arbis in the past few days?

What it says in the title. Arbis take place everywhere except for the derelict, which is kinda sad since it's a pretty good tileset (though it does lack an interception node). Problem two: Zabala and Akkad have made up a whole lot of arbitration nodes in the past few days despite the fact that there's 16 systems with on average 5 endless nodes each, not counting the derelict, which also has survival and defence. If I counted it right, there's 66 endless nodes on the star chart, barring the index (which could as be a viable arbi node), the two derelict endless nodes, and rathuum. So why do zabala and akkad get ~every second/third arbitration in a row if a node's chance is 1/66?

Well derilects are special nodes which need keys, so as special nodes they are not ment to have arbitrations

making derelict keys is a purely cosmetic affair by the time you're qualified for arbis.
