Yet another frame that could risk teammates into oblivion or wreck havoc upon the battlefield. This frame is a risk taking frame. A gambler on it's own terms. Be careful when using this frame, it can be the difference between a troll and a monster. This frame can negatively affect allies indirectly. This frame risks the teamwork to produce phenomenal rewards.

Stats:

Health: 222 666*

Shield 100 300*

Energy 150 225*

Armor: 777

Sprint Speed: 1.0

* indicates at rank 30

Passive: Dice Roll

At the start of the mission, she rolls the dice and gains a buff that will benefit her and her allies. The buff lasts throughout the mission.

Range: 50m

Grants 10% more max HP, 15% more max shields, 5% power strength, or 5 second invisibility every 10 seconds.

Ability 1: Raise the Stakes/Raise the Odds

Grants a damage buff to all allies but also a much smaller one to enemies. The damage buff can be stacked up to 5 times and is refreshed upon gaining a stack or when the ability is cast again at max stacks. If Hamaru shuffles her cards, it decreases the damage of enemies and allies instead until the cards are shuffled again.

Power Strength: Allies gain 20/25/30/35% more damage per stack and lose 5/4/3/2% of their max damage per stack. Enemies gain/lose 15% of their damage per stack regardless of Strength.

Power Duration: Buffs last 15/20/25/30 seconds.

Power Range: 10/15/20/25m

Cost: 25 Energy

Ability 2: Deal

Draw a card and throw it at an enemy. If the enemies does not have any stacks stakes or odds, they will become faster but will pulse out heals for allies when they killed. If the enemies have raised stakes, it will consume those stakes and will grant energy to all allies within range energy. If the enemy has raised odds, they will become slowed but take less damage.

Power Strength: Enemies are 10/15/20/25% faster but heals 10/20/30/40% of Max HP when they killed. Enemies will pulse out 40/50/60/70 Energy per stack consumed. Enemies are slowed by 10/15/20/25% but take 30/35/40/45% reduced damage.

Power Duration: Speed buff and Slow last for 5/7/9/12 seconds

Power Range: Pulses reach 10/15/20/25m around the enemy.

Cost: 50 Energy

Ability 3: Fold

When activated, every enemy with stacks of stakes or odds near her within range grants her and her team Insurance and rerolls her passive. Insurance creates a shields that acts like shields but has innate damage reduction. These shields last until they are depleted.

Power Strength: Grants 20/25/30/35 shield per stack consumed with 55/60/65/70% damage reduction (max 90%).

Power Range: 10/15/20/25m

Cost: 75 Energy

Ability 4: All In

Hamaru will consume all stacks near her and deplete all of her non-Insurance shields and HP until she has 1 HP. In this state, she will grant a tremendous buff to her teammates but not herself. She will then rapidly heal herself but is unable to move or attack for 3 seconds. If she is hit during this state, she will immediately stop healing herself and return to normal.

Power Strength: Grants all allies 100/150/200/250% damage per stack consumed (max 10 stacks). Heals 100/150/200/250 HP per second. This also scales partially with Max HP.

Power Duration: Lasts 10/12/14/16 seconds for allies

Power Range: 50/55/60/65m

Cost: 100 Energy

Conclusion

Overall a very altruistic frame that gambles with her life. She supposed to be a huge buffing support frame that can't really do as much without a team. I know there will be people who are from the solo community that thing this frame is stupid but there are plenty of solo frames already. There hasn't really been a frame that doesn't benefit as well from supporting their team. Hopefully, such a frame can teach the community to be more selfless.

A very unique frame concept, and I think it sounds fun BUT as stated above, it's gonna be a headache to play with players who don't know how to play the frame properly OR are intentionally trolling.
