Captura Stuck

Hi fellow tennos, i found today a bug /glitch that stuck your entire game and the you can't click anything or press anything, the only option was Alt+F4, how did i found this? well...

I first chose Wukong, activated his first hability (that make's the wu clone appear) and in the capture settings i activated the "friendly fire" option, the i took out the tenno and when the clone hit me to death the tenno instead of coming back it just got frozen, the whole thing got frozen, i could move the camera of course, but nothing else. 

I hope this can be usefull to fix the bug, and sorry for my tough english grammar.
