Out of bounding in sharkwing spy

I never had this problem before, but recently the water tube grineer spy has more permeable walls in or around the tubes you go up in. /unstuck takes you back to the beginning. 

Yes, I was spamming blink to avoid being blown away, but it is not a problem anywhere else in the tubes that I found.

You don't have to Blink to have the problem.  I got stuck in walls just moving normally three times the last time this mission showed up in a sortie.
