Lost relic and Labs

Dear DE;

I just spent a very long solo exterminate fissure mission clearing the map and opening two labs and 4 special lockers; however, before I could extract, my game froze for about a minute, then crashed.

As I lost 4 capturas, at least one set mod and a kavat's_Grace, as well as the cracked relic; I am hoping you can use the mission log to restore my items.
