Lich spawns still cause massive hitches

Not just allied liches, either. I'm getting them on every lich now; the game will either drop to single digit frames for a few seconds, or freeze entirely. It happens with other people's liches too, but just in case it matters, my last two liches have had Kuva Karaks, the same voice, and this same face. I have had this hitching issue on both of them.

I'm just replying to say I have the same problem, it doesn't matter which weapons or voices they had, it is freezing every time they appear !
