Instead, here is what you need to do: You need to go to www.warframe.com, and then click where it says "COMMUNITY" in the upper left navigation bar of the page. This will produce a drop-down menu of options; from that menu, click the "SUPPORT" option, as shown circled in green on the image below (also, make sure that you are logged in! You should see your name where I have circled in yellow.) Then... (instructions continued below...) On the next page, click where it says "Submit a request" on the upper-right area of the page, as I have circled in green in the picture below. This will take you to the page where you can fill out a support request form for help with the problem you are having with items missing from your account. Wishing you the best of luck, Tenno!
