Big FPS drops when in mods menu

When going into my mods, my FPS goes from 60 to 10-20 when in the modding screen. It starts once I go to the part when sorted by rarity which has requiem, amalgam, peculiar, and riven mods visible, once I scroll past the riven mods it returns to 60.

For my specs, I'm playing on an alienware gaming laptop with 16 gigs of RAM, i7-8750, and an RTX 2070. Everything has been running smoothly up until this, so I'm not sure why its having trouble displaying all the mods at once

Noticed the same problem here.

i7-9700k, RTX2070, 32GB ram.
