Ivara prime access when?

I never bought a prime access before and I never really looked into them much, however I'm rather low on plats and I do love ivara a lot, the cosmetics look great aswell so I considered getting it for her, I have no idea however of how long it usually takes for the prime access to actually be released, I assumed it would be there with the launch of the patch but it's still on atlas, how long will it take?

Atlas Prime started 52 days ago.
The Prime Accesses normally last 90 days.

^^^This.  Although I have no problems what so ever if they cut the time on Atlas Prime's PA to bring Stealth Queen Regal to us sooner.
