When viewing linked mods, only one third shows

When I try to view a linked mod from any type of chat I see only the middle third of the mod itself, and its been this way since the old blood update, I run on 1440p, and no one else in my clan seems to have this issue. I didn't fiddle with any of my ui or display settings either, this bug just popped up out of nowhere, and please fix it, it makes looking at rivens a major hassle, being unable to see full contents, polarity, or mastery rank.
