Please make Recall available by default

At least until the "Archwing in enemy ship" bug is fixed, please allow us to recall to the Railjack even if we haven't sunk the points into Tactic (or whichever one allows us to recall). The tier that would otherwise unlock recall could reduce the cooldown (if any), or perhaps increase the speed of Recall.

As I type this, I'm sitting inside an enemy Crewship, in Archwing mode, unable to either exit or get through the door to blow the ship up. One of my teammates is in the same situation, while the remaining two continue fighting on the Railjack.

We're a squad of four that is, functionally, reduced to a squad of two because of this bug and the utter inability to return to the Railjack because we haven't unlocked Recall.

yes agree'd my group and I last night and this morning failed several times due to this bug not allowing them to return toi ship. i mean when it says you finished the objective make the mission complete or something

for current way. even i hate it. start in invite only, and when it happen i disconnect and ask for re invite.
Far from ideal solution. but works for me once (the bug also happen to me only once)
