Weird screenlock bug in Railjack

Using slingshot on Crewship which is going to explode will bug the entire game with this screen after saw the "penetration" video!

Still ingame but nothing works!

Had this same thing happen to me-Host of mission-slingshot to Crewship as ship exploded causing me to load in crewship and immediately freeze with a similar screen to above. Only resolution was to Alt-F4 forcing host migration but then I couldn't rejoin the mission as it appeared the mission was also frozen with a catastrophic failure countdown constantly at 1:00.

Still getting this bug after Crewship exploded with me inside! My ingame control died, HUD freeze, but I can see the chat rolling.
