(PSN)zeroisnine
Remove the bonus ability strength to a Warframe from Arbitration to Sanctuary Onslaught (and Elite). The Bonus doesn't really mesh with the arbitration drones (while weapon damage does), but pairs well with Sanctuary Onslaught. With a random Warframe getting a damage boost, there would be more competitive Warframes. Plus, it's the perfect mode to have fun with that bonus strength. For Arbitration, I would remove the stupid reviving mechanic. In its place: 1) No bleedout, but you automatically die and begin reviving. This reviving process is much, much slower than a normal revive. However, other players can increase the speed by also reviving. (The Naramon power makes this instant) 2) Revives consume different amounts of "revives," based on the rotation. Rotation A cost one per usual. Rotation B costs 2. Rotation C costs 3. So with 2 Arcane revives a player could die twice during C rotation or 3 times during B rotation. 3) Rewards are tracked individually, and upon death you are reset to Rotation A. So, in the previous example where you die during Rotation C, you lose 3 revives, and your next reward will be from the Rotation A reward table. So its still the "just don't die" mode, but rather ending you for the mission (like the old version), it simply has a much harsher punishment for dying. And rather than forcing an awkward revive mechanic, players can (if desired) bring back the player much faster, and is only punished for it by their time
Uhkretor
So that Saryn/Prime users can nuke all those 8 rounds without the use of Ability Power mods? No, thanks. And no, it'll run on PC first before it goes to that weird thing called PS, or X-bone (soon to become X-fridge), and the other one... And no, other Warframes don't need such a thing because the only thing they need is Ignis Wraith modded for Gas and max damage + max status chance, including a Riven.
