Passed the Mastery Test, missing Loadout slot reward

I just reached mastery rank 16 and it didn't give me the extra loadout slot. This isn't the first time it's happened to me. At a lower mastery rank that I don't recall, it also didn't give me a reward either. But then 2-3 mastery ranks later, I ended up getting 2 loadout slots. The game has been giving me 2 loadout slots for every 4-6 mastery ranks. It didn't bother me before because I only had a few warframes, but now that I've amassed a respectable number I hope that this bug gets fixed.
