Titania et al and Airborn Damage Reduction

Do mods like Aviator, Agility Drift, and Aerodynamic still apply damage reduction when a frame is being held airborne by an ability, like Titania or Hyldrin's 4, or Zephyr's 1? I know that DE has kind of gone back and forth on this before, but I heard that it's a thing again and wanted to confirm.

Technically, "airborne" means "not touching the ground". If Titania's Razorwing, Hildryn's Aegis Storm, and Zephyr's 1 lift them off the ground, then the damage reduction should still kick in.
