Series of bugs/glitches when accessing the forge on someone elses Railjack

So When i use the forge on an alliance member's railjack, for some reason it teleported me to a different part of the ship and in doing so, it took away my HUD and UI as well as the ability to have a reticle and i couldnt see indicators such as waypoints and hull breaches. ontop of this i couldnt see any objectives in the mission either. the only thing that "worked" still was seeing my rewards popping up overhead. i didnt see cephalon Cy pop up on the side of my screen when he talked either. ONTOP of all this, i went outside of the railjack to see all my problems persisted as well as seeing that my Archgun and Archmelee were both glitched onto my arm with my primary weapon! This is not acceptable! please DE, fix this ASAP. The picture shows what i saw on my screen.
