I deleted a message in my inbox that required me to “redeem” it can I somehow get it back?

I opened up my game and checked my inbox as you normally automatically do when you have new stuff and one of my messages said “x to redeem” so naturally confusing myself between the switch and Xbox I hit the Y button instead deleting the  message before I had any idea what it said

matters like this plz dont waste time asking the forum as they cant help you only support staff can help if you message them within a certain timespan of when the thing has happened. 
if you dont then your out of luck
