Kubrow loyalty degradation glitch in Empyrean game type

As title suggests, it appears there is a glitch that occurs in the Empyrean game type that causes your kubrow's loyalty to drop, typically when you enter/exit a crewship, railjack, etc. There have been instances where leaving the railjack or infiltrating an enemy crewship would label the companion as dead despite not being the case and it typically happens more often if you do Empyrean missions as a client rather than host. After doing a few missions with randos, my kubrow's loyalty went from 100% to 0%, which obviously shouldn't happen since my kubrow has never gone down in Empyrean, let alone killed. While the bug isn't exactly gamebreaking, it's still a glitch and another reason to not use a kubrow.
