Gara "ghost" ult

Gara's 4 sometimes costs energy as normal and plays the animation as normal, but doesn't interact with other abilities like it should - it doesn't reset the duration on her 2 and doesn't explode when hit with the 1. I'm still testing to see if it freezes enemies like it should, will update on that when I find out. This seems to be an every mission kind of deal for me, like maybe 5% of the time.

Of course it's mostly seems like it happens when my 2 is about to run out, but that's probably just me.

Does anyone else have this problem?

This usually happens to me when I'm playing with a high ping. I never experience this when I'm playing solo, so it might be lag and the game just fails to register your action (casting of her 4).
Idk if there's a way to fix this but what I do for now is (if I notice high ping, or it this bug just happened), I wait a few more seconds before releasing my hold on her 4, to make sure it will register my action. Kinda annoying.
