Massive FPS drop in Mission Selection

Hello,

I have now since the last larger update the Issue with Frame drops. Usually i run at 120-200 FPS in the orbiter and Mission Selection, but recently my FPS drop down to 7 when opening the Mission Selection. I run on Settings i use now for almost a year, Tested the new Rendering method but switched back when i encountered the FPS drops (does not help). Usually the Game runs fine im also able to Play the Game in 4K Resolution at 60 FPS so i dont think its from my hardware. 

GPU Drivers are at the latest version

OS is at the latest version
