Why is Titania Prime an ankle slasher?

So I love to muck around with melee with about every frame. Some frames are closet melee masters. With that being said, why does Titania prime only slash the ankles of her enemies when she is in Razorwing? You cant target anything else besides their ankles. you could be aiming right at their faces but as soon as you press attack she drops to the ground and starts hacking the ankles. Is there a hidden weakness in the ankles of our enemies we have not been made aware of?! Please fix this, this is super annoying.
