The combination of having the Xbox turned off and doing a complete shutdown of the router and modem, then restarting internet first followed by the Xbox and then logging in. Maybe I got lucky who knows I restarted Xbox and that didn't work. While the Xbox was on, I unplugged my modem, and tried to start Warframe and that didn't work.
