Nezha Warding Halo gives 100% DR instead of 90%

Version : 27.4.4

What : Nezha's Warding Halo (3rd ability)

Issue : The halo tanks all incoming damage instead of taking only 90% (as it was supposed to do since U23.8 Nezha Revisited)

Let me rephrase that to ensure comprehension : 10% of the damage received should bypass warding halo, as of now no damage bypasses warding halo.
