Haldos Posted October 13, 2013 Share Posted October 13, 2013 No word has been given as far as I'm aware but the only thing I can think of is they will either force recoil onto those weapons when the mod is applied, or they wont be eligible to use said mod at all. Drazhar14 Posted October 13, 2013 Share Posted October 13, 2013 (edited) The only thing that would make sense is to change the mod to add +1/2/3/4/5/etc recoil or something not % related. If they keep it how it is and force recoil onto weapons with 0 recoil, they would need to do the same with crit % mods on weapons that have base 0.
