Zuntak Posted June 20, 2020 Share Posted June 20, 2020 (edited) During missions companions can sometimes be reset to rank 0. this removes all effects from mods you have equipped for the mission. This has happened on several occasions, on this one it happened after changing map during elite sanctuary onslaught. mission info will display companion actual rank while hovering over player icon in the menu will show companion at rank 0. Screen shots below as evidence. Notice no enemies are marked on the mini map while animal instinct is equipped on companion.
