rapt0rman Posted July 17, 2020 Share Posted July 17, 2020 They haven't ignored it, console cert process means less frequent updates then PC, but contains all the fixes/patches in one bundle (outliers are prime access which is usually already hidden in the game files and is just waiting to be activated, and bugs that are completely game breaking, but the entire point of the console cert is to avoid that). Console cert takes time and money, that isn't going to change. It was created by consoles to protect consoles, DE straight up can't release patches for them whenever they want.
