I had updated 28.2.0 the stell path, but when i input  my mail address in that setting, but i can not  received Mail for Get the exclusive Synkra Syandana.

I have experienced this as well.

I registered my email then logged into Warframe but did not receive the item despite following the directions listed in the article on the main Warframe website. I have recieved the confirmation email, so I know that the email registration was successful, but I still have yet to obtain the Synkra Syandana despite my having closed out of the game completely on numerous occasions through the day.

Yes it does, I got mine when it was put in the game. At first I did not know what to do to since my email was already there, but what I did was put in a fake email then put my real email back in. Worked perfectly for me.

Oh, I did this in game btw. In the new account section of the options menu
