Breaking: Thrall execution and console hacking lead to potential mission stopper

When being prompted to execute a Kuva Thrall and to hack a Console, the warframe attempts both, leading to the camera being stuck right behind the warframe and the warframe just spinning without being able to move otherwise. Transfering into the Operator fixes this, but the melee weapon is unusable for the rest of the mission.
