Black screen host migration when matchmaking into open worlds

so quite afew times now when i pick a bounty for one of the open worlds an if i get a blackscreen right as i enter the gate/door i get a black screen an then host migration.
when it happens i try bounty again an for 3 times it did the same
closed warframe an reopened, tried bounty again an did not fix
closed warframe an cleared the resvere cache an it did fix
