Frost Harka and sprinting

I dont know who made the Frost Harka skin but they obviously didnt try to walk or run while using it. When walking one can notice on the front the legs go though the clothing, and when running the legs go though the front and back of the clothes. Its frustrating that this cant be fixed on my end and simply just ignoring it doesnt make it any better,

I am no stranger with clipping issued on warframe but most are with big additional cosmetics like syandanas. Weapons also can be made easily to have clipping issues. My problem here is this is a Deluxe Skin and should make things look better and fitting, while it looks amazing the fact that the legs go though the clothes while moving is showing that it has not been well implement or not well planned to have the possible cloth physics have issues with the fast moving sprinting animation.
