Separate in game music settings from Octavia's Mandachord. And in game chat notification volume settings, maybe a couple different generic notif-tones for personalization?

Right now you need Warframe's music on in order to hear Ocatvia and her Mandachord. I really think that should be separate so you can control the levels per user. I would want a louder Mandachord and less loud in game music, more background music. 

Chat notifications right now are like a pindrop compared to everything else going on. Add a volume slider and the option to choose from a few different generic tones to better alert you.
