Dread Mirror does not do Listed Damage

They way Dread Mirror is supposed to work:
You cast on an enemy, then deal 10% of their maximum HP as slash damage. This damage value is then multiplied by 2 (affected by power strength) and stored in her shield.
Note: this damage value is stored in the shield even if you do no damage. You will always get that 10% multiplied by 2 even if the enemy is immune to damage.
The shield will then absorb 2x any damage dealt to it by enemies, and 2x any damage the shield does (contact with the shield does 100 Impact damage)
You can then throw the ball to do the listed damage as pure Impact damage.

What is wrong with Dread Mirror right now (the bug)
Currently, when you throw the ball, it only does 1÷(2 x ability strength) of the listed damage.
So my suspicion is that the damage capture multiplier is not being applied to the actual damage.
