Galuf Posted September 12, 2020 Share Posted September 12, 2020 After playing with my sly a bit today, I must say that I am extremly disapointed with the breed and its precepts. I have seen it poping here or there but in reality the uptime was close to absolute 0. I know you are pushing evasion but atm this precept makes little to no sense. The fact it works on casts but not on hits is ridiculous. If you are running around the accuracy is already reduced as well, making the effect redundant.
