arch111 Posted October 22, 2013 Share Posted October 22, 2013 I might be missing something here, but I crafted my second Vasto today and was just going to build the Dual Vastos from the Blueprint in the Foundry. It shows I have = 1 Vasto, check OK. The other one has a red tag on it, like I don´t even own it! But it´s right there in my Inventory, I can equip both of them in turn, one lvl 20 and one lvl 3. What´s the deal here? The Wiki claims I can build it just fine, so is this a bug or do I need a Level per gun in order to craft the Duals? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

arch111 Posted October 23, 2013 Author Share Posted October 23, 2013 Thanx, yeah I get it now. 2 vastos, preferably lvl 0. Build Dual = loose the vastos. Gain 1 Dual Vasto. I thought Dual was a mode, not a new Weapon. Sucks that lvl abd forma etc is wiped upon creation. I thought u would keep 2 guns, and have the OPTION to use as Dual. This should be clear in the Market and Foundry. Im not the first to not understand this. So basically every gun you want to have single and dual, you must buy 3. A bit weird imo. Jubis Posted October 23, 2013 Share Posted October 23, 2013 I think the idea here is progression, you buy a Vasto, get it to rank 30 (for Mastery Rank), then buy/make another one and subsequently craft a Dual Vastos and use that. Splatter_Puppet Posted October 23, 2013 Share Posted October 23, 2013 The single Vasto is way better in accuracy and reload time imo; I'd rather have that over the Dual, and I'm glad I didn't use it to craft them. (Although the Dual do make you feel quite bad-a**) You may want to craft a third Vasto to try out the dual before you commit; especially if you have a forma on one.
