alternate way to free Solaris prisoners on Corpus ships?

Ok, I really hate not being able to rescue the Solaris prisoners on the corpus ship tile sets, it can often make me feel really guilty not being able to help them, and given the only way to free them is through Granum Crowns, I frequently simply cannot help them at all.

 

Maybe we can we have a buyable/craftable fake crown that only frees the prisoners, and cant be used for anything else?

if you are doing corpus ships they give you a coin for each ship mission so long as you don't complete and extract almost right away.

I suspect these prisoners exist only as a thing for people to offload their extra coins into and really can't see them adding fake coins
