And if I go into a mission on public and start it by myself then no one will join. Unless I join a squad, then I will be solo no matter what. PS4's are known to have an error when you open multiple applications that they never really close. requiring a full system reset I would also suggest LAN over WIFI in every sense possible. it's also possible that the people trying to join you have their ping limit set. Some places like Korea can't join me in america for any reason it seems I've noticed this when trying to sell stuff on warframe.market during the late hours. I am on LAN and unfortunately this happens at all times. I can't tell exactly when it started but its maybe like a month or two ago.
