Remaining [Look] link bugs and significant elements missing from link profiles.

Dear DE,

I'd like to re-report the error where sharing links using 'starting' partial pallet won't apply to other frames properly.

I also want to offer these pictures showing how omitting certain cosmetics from the [Look] profiles can drastically change appearances. 

It would be greatly appreciated if you could add regalia to the [Look] profiles, in the same way cosmetics currently are.

For conditional cosmetics, a toggle for their state, when out of mission, would be a great improvement.
