Broken Limbo passive; Killing enemies in the Rift do not give / restore 10 energy

As of a recent Deimos Hotfix (unsure which, I believe somewhere close within the Prime Vault rotation updates), killing enemies that are in the Rift no longer give / restore 10 energy per kill to Limbo. Type of kill (melee, ranged, ability, or companion) has no effect.

I think this was already fixed in the PC version but we don't have that patch yet.

I took a look at the more recent patch notes for PC and didn't see a mention of it, but hopefully you're right!
