Necramech Embellishments should work with marketplace discount

Loid has a store section called Necramech embellishments which has 2 Platinum only items. 

Console have marketplace discount, most people using it to buy cosmetic with lower platinum price. Only items that is not part of tennogen items can be bought with it. 

 

But the discount doesnt work with Loid store. So it begs some questions. 

 

1. Why does Necramech embellishments on deimos exist in the 1st place? Why not merge it with the marketplace? 

2. Is it intentional to have Necramech embellishments to not work with discount? Why? Its cosmetics, and its not a tennogen item. 

I would like to hear from DE the reason behind this.
